Listen to Raewyn's Story

As of April 2012, Raewyn, senior pastor of the Victorville Adventist Church of Green Tree in Victorville, California, since
February of 2012, aims to be an agent of Shalom through the gift of presence, the ministry of the Word, and growing healthy communities. Raewyn began pastoral ministry with the Southeastern California Conference (SECC) in 2004, after completing her BA in religious studies from La Sierra University. Her first assignment was as assistant pastor of the Chula Vista Church. After earning her MDiv from Andrews University, she became associate pastor for family, children, and youth ministries at the Yucaipa
Church. Last June she was “ordained-commissioned” by the SECC in the presence of her church, friends, and family, including her grandfather from South Africa, Eric Webster, a retired pastor who offered the ordination prayer. Raewyn is the older sister of Deirdre Raymond, in the MDiv program at AU, sponsored by SECC. She lives with her cousin, Rochelle Webster, family ministries pastor at Redlands Church, and two cats. She loves spending time with her boyfriend, Kyle Allen, pastor of the Mentone Church. Hobbies include running, singing, traveling, spending time with friends, and meeting new people.
