Listen to Jacklyn's Story

As of April 2012, Jacklyn was serving in the capacity of associate pastor at Loma Linda Chinese Church which had been a tremendous experience for Jacklyn, with both ups and downs. However, by God’s grace she has been learning to depend on God more and more. This is her first  ssignment, working as a pastor in the local church since January 2008. She was born into a Buddhist family in Malaysia. She is the second oldest in a family of five siblings. Being a first-generation Adventist, working in a church setting was fairly new to her when she first started serving in the church. She received her bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Adventist University
and her MDiv from Andrews University. One of her passions is working with young adults and helping to equip them for gospel work.
